Lee Enterprises (NYSE: LEE), a leading provider of news, information and
advertising in 50 markets, today announced that Chris White, publisher
of the Times Media Company in Northwest Indiana, has been named a group
publisher and will also oversee operations of the Journal Times
in Racine, Wisconsin; the Globe Gazette in Mason City, Iowa; the Waterloo-Cedar
Falls Courier; and other specialty publications in those markets.
White, 48, became publisher in 2013 of Times Media Company, which
includes The
Times, nwitimes.com
and specialty publications including Inspired
Living and BusINess
magazines. The Times was named Lee Enterprise of the Year in 2014.

Before joining Lee Enterprises, White was publisher of GateHouse-Ohio
Media and The Repository in Canton after serving as general
manager and senior vice president for sales and marketing with the
company.

publisher for CNHI.
In 2002, he was honored by Presstime magazine in its “20 under
40” class of outstanding achievers. He has been active in many community
organizations, including chambers of commerce, economic development
initiatives, foundations and advisory boards. He and his wife, Laura,
have four children.
